WHAT KIND OF WOOD DO YOU USE?
It varies! When I started Tuggle's Timber, I was mostly using all reclaimed wood. Currently, I'm attempting to use all locally sourced high quality lumber in an attempt to make the quality of Tuggle's Timber better than ever. I still use some reclaimed wood, but I'm a lot pickier about which is used.
HOW MUCH DOES A CUSTOM ORDER COST?

How long does it take to complete my Custom Piece?
This could vary depending on multiple factors. Typically I can give a good estimate once I know the amount of detail in your specific order. Once I have your piece on my work bench, I can usually have it finished within a 10-15 Days depending on weather and other aspects.
can i make a RETURN/EXCHANGE?
All sales are final, but please contact me if you are not satisfied with your order & I will do our best to accommodate.
CAN I PICK-UP MY ORDER?
Yes! you can pick up your piece at Tuggle's Gifts & Goods. It's our retail location based in Indianapolis, Indiana. We are located at 1029 Virginia Ave Indianapolis, IN 46203
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY PIECE?
If you are ordering a pre-made piece, items will be shipped within 7 days via UPS. If you are ordering a custom piece, items will be made & shipped via UPS within 2 days of completion and final payment. Tracking information will be provided.
CAN YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
I am unable to ship out of the country at this time.
I HAVE SOME OLD WOOD THAT'S MEANINGFUL TO ME, CAN YOU INCORPORATE THAT INTO MY CUSTOM PIECE?
I'd say that 50% of the time this is possible! Sometimes, wood is in such bad of shape, that I can't salvage it. Likely, your piece won't be entirely made of that wood, But I would use as much as I can. Please let us know that you'd like to do this when you make your custom order.
DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?
I have in the past! I am playing with the idea of expanding this option in the near future.
Is there anywhere That I can view your inventory in person?
You can see some of my work at Tuggle's Gifts in Goods in Fountain Square, 1823 Bakehouse in Franklin, Indiana, and Rivers and Roads in Nashville, Indiana.
THEY LOOK HEAVY! HOW CAN MY WALL SUPPORT A LARGE PIECE?
Sometimes they can get heavy! a 2'x4' is between 14-24 pounds. I use a heavy duty french cleat hanger that can support up to 100 pounds just to play it safe! Larger pieces that weigh more get a larger french cleat that holds between 200-300 pounds.
I HAVE A BUNCH OF WOOD I DON'T WANT. DO YOU WANT IT?
That depends! Sometimes I can accept wood that you no longer want, but it depends on many factors. If my stock-pile of wood is too high, my wife may say no, or if it's not wood that i feel like i can use properly. email me and lets see if i can come take it off your hands.
I want to give making wood art a try, where do I start?
My advice is to just go for it and see where it takes you. I'm always happy to give pointers or tricks I've learned! DM me on instagram - I'm more likely to respond quickly and help you with the process.
What is the sercurity deposit for?
The deposit is a very small percentage of the total price owed. I ask for a $50 deposit which is applied to your final cost. the deposit is non-refundable and once paid, it locks you in to receive your piece.
Example: your piece totals $300. a deposit of $50 will be paid and lock you in. Once the piece is completed, you will owe $250 at shipment or pickup.
